MamiChurro.

We had no land,
just seeds to plant

In tiny spaces with recycled pots, we were determined to grow our own food. Today, we're working alongside Andean farmers to turn that small dream into a real harvest.

Roots & Shoots

Where it all began

Long before the Valley, there was a tiny city balcony and a refusal to wait. We didn't have a plan or a farm; we just started with what we had. These were the trials, the errors, and the first taste of magic that happens when you stop making excuses and simply start planting.

Our Story

A Life Rooted in Connection

MamiChurro began with a shared passion for real food, meaningful work, and a life lived in rhythm with the seasons.

The Realization

Like many, we spent years in the city, fueled by constant productivity. On the surface, everything worked—but underneath, we were disconnected. We began paying attention to our bodies, our energy, and how the food we ate either drained us or brought us back to life.

The Shift

We chose to slow down. We learned directly from the soil, from elders, and from the quiet intelligence of nature that nourishment isn't about having more—it's about relating differently. On a tiny balcony with recycled pots, we discovered that every trial is a research project, and every failure is a teacher.

"Food shapes people. And people shape the world."

Today in the Sacred Valley

Based in Cusco, Peru, MamiChurro is a family-run artisanal project. We work with real ingredients and ancient preservation methods that respect time and tradition. What we make is meant to be shared—around a table, across generations, and through stories that carry meaning.

Our Mission

MamiChurro started with fermented foods and traditional cooking in a tiny kitchen. Now, we're creating something bigger: a homestead sanctuary where our values come to life. We're building a bridge—not just in philosophy, but in physical space. A place in the Sacred Valley where you can learn to grow, heal, and experience what it truly means to trade city life for soil.

Feel the Soil

The Homestead Lab

This is where we will prove our core truth: We're not just going to show you how to start easy; we're going to show you how easy it is to just start. From soil health to self-sustaining systems, our workshops will provide the "practical magic" needed to grow your own food—regardless of how much space or money you have.

Feel the Calm

Sanctuary Stays

We are designing our stays to be a safe container within the rhythm of the valley. A place to reflect, slow down, and feel the ground beneath you before taking your own leap of faith.

Feel the Nourishment

The Seasonal Table

Our future teaching kitchen will be a space where the menu is dictated solely by the season. We want to connect the plate back to the soil, hosting immersive experiences that honor the intelligence of the farm.

Take the Leap

The Community Center

A planned sanctuary for the nervous system. We intend to bring together professionals for breathwork and regulation—practices designed to help you shed city-stress and find a full reset for your body.

The Homestead Project

A sanctuary for
ancestral wisdom.

We are securing 3 hectares in the Sacred Valley to build a permanent home for permaculture and community healing. This is not just land; it is a legacy.
